A HEAT PRESS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO USE THESE ITEMS. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH CRICUT EASY PRESS OR HTV RONT PRESS. AN IRON WILL ALSO NOT WORK. Please remember that all heatpresses are not the same so finding the right temperature for your press is important! I recommend getting a heat temperature gun to check your heat press temperature.
Pressing Instructions:
1. Prepress garment for 5 seconds
2. Press garment with transfer at 325-350 degrees for 15 seconds with high pressure, cover with a teflon sheet
3. Turn garment inside out and press for an additional 10 seconds

9 inches tall by 11.5 inches wide
Machine wash cold, NO FABRIC SOFTNER, hang to dry
I am not responsible for user error, these instructions are what work for me and you should test what works best for you and your machines. What is recommended is 325-350 for 15 seconds.
