Shipping policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 14 days of delivery.  The item(s) must be sent back to me within 30 days of delivery. 

Because of the nature of custom or personalized orders, they CANNOT be returned or exchanged unless they were received damaged or defective and pictures were provided.

Conditions of returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
